No. All processing happens locally in your browser — your images never leave your device.

Does it work on smartphones?

Yes. It works on both desktop and mobile with modern browsers such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.

Is there a file size limit?

There is no fixed limit. Processing runs in your browser, so very large files may take longer depending on your device.

Where does the face-blur AI run?

In your browser. The detection model (about 1.6MB) is downloaded once, and everything after that happens on your device. Your photo is never uploaded.

Where is the AI eraser model loaded from?

From the Hugging Face CDN, once (about 28MB). After that it comes from your browser cache, and all processing happens on your device. Your photo is never uploaded.
